CHARLOTTA BINDER
BSc (Hons), MSc (Chiro)
Charlotta received chiropractic care following a sports injury in her teens. In addition to the positive treatment results, the capability and function of the human body as a whole inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic to enable her to help people the way she had been helped.
She graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth before moving to London. Charlotta has a particular interest in functional patient management and rehabilitation. She enjoys treating patients of all ages or needs ranging from more preventative care to acute/chronic care. Each treatment is tailored to individual patient needs.
She combines chiropractic adjusting techniques with a variety of soft tissue release to assist restoration of postural structures as well as function of supportive tissues. These include:
-
IASTM (Instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisation)
-
Muscle/Voodoo flossing technique
-
Activator method adjusting technique
-
Taping techniques
Charlotta believes in addressing physical and physiological stresses to the body equally, to ensure a long-lasting balance in body and mind. Finding this balance is important, particularly living a busy Londoner’s life. She strives to promote this ethos in her personal life whenever possible, too.
Charlotta is registered with the British Chiropractic Association (BCA) and the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a certified FAKTR (Functional And Kinematic Treatment with Rehab) provider.
